Training events

Looking after yourself in 2005 - The courses include six weekly sessions during which you can learn how to cope better with your caring role.  All the courses are held at the Carers Project offices in Central Milton Keynes.  They are free, and we are able to help with transport costs and may be able to arrange respite care.

Course C:      Fridays from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm
                        October 7th, 14th and 21st
                        November 4th, 11th and 18th
